Kris Higgins is a gemologist and jewelry appraiser. She has owned and operated Jewelry by KarlaKristine since 1984. Karla and Kris take pride in their work and are committed to providing the best quality stones, gold and design work. We work with clients, attorneys, trust companies and fiduciaries to provide Estate and Retail replacement appraisals.
